No VAT is chargeable.

Online purchasing is via the secure ordering service provided by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order via Paypal, you can order securely via Paypal using your credit or debit card. Please refer to Paypal's terms and conditions at www.paypal.com

If you prefer to order offline, you can download and print our order form here and complete it using the product codes from the website. Post it to the address on the order form enclosing your cheque made payable to: "N & J Irvine". The order form is a PDF document and you will need Adobe Reader to open it. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it free here.

All orders will be processed after payment is cleared. In the event of payment not clearing e.g. represented cheque, we reserve the right to recover costs or charges incurred.

Title in the goods remain with us until payment is received in full. All risks of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

We reserve the right to vary prices from time to time.

Delivery:

Delivery is free for all UK orders.

Delivery is by Royal Mail. Greetings Cards are delivered by 1st class post. Unframed prints and calendars are delivered by 1st class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. Delivery method for framed prints will depend on weight/size of your order, but will be by a method which will require a signature.

Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of Greetings Cards, Calendars and Unframed Prints. Please alow up to 28 days for delivery of Framed Prints.

We welcome enquiries for International delivery. Please contact us with your query..

Returns:

Any claims for refund or replacement in the event of non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 3 days of delivery.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, we will provide a refund of the purchase price providing the goods are returned to us in their original condition and original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and do not sell your details on to third parties. When you order online using Paypal, Paypal processes your payment information securely - your credit or debit card information is not passed to us. Any personal information you supply to us will only be used for the processing of your order, including delivery by our delivery agents. We may occasionally contact you by email to notify you of special offers on the website. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please notify us using the "unsubscribe" facility on the email.
